EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Other countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.

Tracking
When your order is on its way, you get an email with a tracking link. If your package seems stuck, write to us with your order number.
Customs and taxes
- All prices include VAT.
- Outside the EU, your local authorities may charge import duties or taxes.
- Norway: PAIX-V1 is not registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme. On orders to Norway, you pay Norwegian VAT (25 %), any customs duty and the carrier’s customs clearance fee on delivery. These costs are not included in the price at checkout.
If an item is sold out
Our drops are limited. If an item turns out to be sold out after you ordered, we contact you and refund the amount in full.
