How much is shipping?

• Denmark: DKK 49, free from DKK 499
• EU: €12.99, free from €99
• Sweden: SEK 149, free from SEK 1,299
• Norway: NOK 289, free from NOK 1,299
• Other countries, like the UK, Switzerland and the USA: €26.99, free from €249

The exact price is always shown at checkout before you pay. All countries: Shipping & delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 business days in Denmark and 5-10 business days in the EU. In other countries, it depends on the country.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been sent, you get an email with a tracking link. Can’t find the email, or does your package seem stuck? Write to hello@paixv1.com with your order number.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All prices include VAT. Outside the EU, your local authorities may charge import duties or taxes. In Norway, you pay Norwegian VAT (25 %), any customs duty and the carrier’s customs clearance fee on delivery, because PAIX-V1 is not registered in the VOEC scheme. See Shipping & delivery.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, also on sale items. Write to hello@paixv1.com with your order number, and send the item back no later than 14 days after. You pay the return shipping. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping no later than 14 days after you told us. How to return.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Return the item and place a new order for the size you want. That way you get it as fast as possible, even if the drop is close to selling out.

What if my item has a defect?

You have a 24-month right to complain about defects that existed when you received the item. Write to hello@paixv1.com with your order number and describe the problem.

Payment

How can I pay?

With payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and with MobilePay in Denmark. You’ll see all available payment methods at checkout. More about payment.

Is it safe, and when am I charged?

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, and we never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when you place the order. If an item turns out to be sold out after you ordered, we contact you and refund the amount in full.

What is PAIX-V1?

A Danish streetwear brand. We make unisex T-shirts, jackets and caps in limited drops. Read the story.

Which size should I choose?

Choose your usual size for a regular fit, or one size up for an oversized fit. On each product page, “Fit and size” shows how that piece fits on our model. When is the next drop?

The easiest way to know is our newsletter. Sign up, and we’ll email you about new drops.

Will sold-out items come back?

Our drops are limited, so we can’t promise that a sold-out item comes back. Sign up for our newsletter to hear about new drops.
