Refund policy

PAIX-V1 has a 14-day return policy. This implies that you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item(s).

In order for you to request a return, it’s a must that the item(s) is in the same condition as when you received said item(s). This entails that the item(s) is unworn, with original tags, and still in its original package. Furthermore, you will need the receipt as proof of purchase.

To commence the return process, we advise you to contact us at hello@paixv1.com. When and if your request to return is accepted, we will proceed to send you a return shipping label alongside instructions on the details regarding how and where to return your package. NOTE: We will not accept items that are sent back without an approved request to return them.

Defects and issues

 

We strongly advise you to examine your package as soon as possible. Contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages or issues whatsoever. This will greatly help both PAIX-V1 as well as you in ensuring you’re satisfied with your order.

Nonreturnable items

 

Please note that specific kinds of items will not be returnable. These items include impermanent items (flowers, food, and or plants), and custom-made items (specially made items and or personalized orders). Furthermore, we have the right not to approve and accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Sadly, sale items, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.

Swaps and trades

 

To make sure you receive the wanted item(s) as quickly as possible, you should return the item(s) in play, and once the return has been approved, you should make an independent purchase for the wanted item(s).

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting your order, you will be notified whether or not the return has been accepted. If accepted, the refund will automatically take place on your original choice of payment method. NOTE: Depending on your bank and or credit card company, the refund might take some time before fully processed.
