Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you receive your order. This applies to all items, including sale and discounted items, as required by the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).

How to return

  1. Email hello@paixv1.com with your order number within the 14 days and tell us you want to return. You can also use the standard EU withdrawal form, but it is not required.
  2. Send the item(s) back no later than 14 days after you told us. Put a note in the package with your order number and the word "RETURN".
  3. Return address: PAIX-V1, Kjærslund 20, 2. th., 8260 Viby J, Denmark.

You pay the return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. Keep the shipping receipt as proof that you sent the package in time.

Condition of the items

You may try on the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used beyond that, washed, or the tags have been removed, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Refund

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after you told us you want to return. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item(s) back. The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can take a few extra days before you see it.

Exchanges

Want another size or colour? Return the item as described above and place a new order for the item you want. That way you get it as fast as possible, even if the drop is close to selling out.

Items that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to order or personalised to your wishes.

Defects and complaints

Please check your package when it arrives. You have a 24-month right to complain (reklamationsret) about defects that existed when you received the item. Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect; two months is always reasonable. If the complaint is justified we repair or replace the item, give a price reduction or refund you, and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
