1. Delivery

 

These are the following ways to deliver of products when shopping at PAIX-V1:

PAIX-V1 cooperates with PostNord. All national shipments cost DKK 49.00. NOTE: This only entails when PAIX-V1 receives your order and sends the order your way. Whereas if you need to return your package, you will have to bear the costs yourself. We highly recommend that you use the provider PostNord.

Reservations are made for sold-out items, printing errors, and stock management errors.

2. Right of withdrawal

 

You can cancel the agreement in accordance with Chapter 4 of the Consumer Contracts Act (Denmark).

 

Withdrawal period 

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days. The period’s starting point is from the day you received the item or the first delivery.

Discounted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for another size, or another item or you can get a voucher in those 14 days.

According to the Consumer Contracts Act (Denmark), you are entitled to receive information, including the right of withdrawal and about the purchased item. The cancellation period does not expire until you have received this information in writing (e.g. on paper or by e-mail). However, the deadline expires no later than 3 months after the day you received the item.

For example, if you receive the purchased item on Monday the 1st and also receive the mentioned information, you have a deadline until and including Monday the 15th. Have you only received the information later, e.g. Wednesday the 3rd, you have until and including Wednesday the 17th If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, you can wait until the following weekday.

 

Return/Withdrawal

You must return the order to PAIX-V1 before the expiration of the withdrawal period. It is sufficient if you hand over the order to the postal service or another company that now has responsibility for the shipment to PAIX-V1 before the deadline. If you want to ensure a form of proof that you have returned the order in time, you can save the receipt from the postal service.

Unless otherwise is agreed, you must pay the costs of shipping for the return of the order.
If PAIX-V1 has delivered compensation in the form of a product because the product in question could not be delivered as a whole, the costs of return shall be covered by PAIX-V1.

LEAVE A NOTE IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND NOTE “RETURN”

You can also cancel the agreement by choosing not to receive the item or omitting to pick it up at the post office, etc.

 

Conditions for canceling the agreement

 

As a general rule, it is a requirement that you return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. PAIX-V1 reserves the right to refuse to accept any item due to damaged original packaging where the packaging is part of the item. E.g. shoes where the shoebox is damaged.

Information you need to be aware of:

1. The item must contain original tags & labels
2. Clear notation of order number

PAIX-V1 reserves the right to return the item to the customer if one or more of the requirements above are not met. If PAIX-V1 deems that the item has been used, the item is returned to the customer.

 

Refunding

 

When refunding the cost(s) of item(s), you must expect up to 7 days, from the day the item is in PAIX-V1 hands, until the amount is returned to your account.

 

Warranty

 

You have a 24-month warranty when shopping at PAIX-V1. This entails that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be considered within “reasonable time”. If the complaint is justified, PAIX-V1 will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When returning an item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. It is not a requirement, but it eases PAIX-V1 case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

NOTE: PAIX-V1 does not accept packages sent by cash-on-delivery or similar arrangements. Remember that the item must be sent back in proper packaging, and make sure to get a receipt for shipment so that PAIX-V1 can reimburse your shipping costs.

 

 

3. Personal information

 

Your personal information is protected when shopping at PAIX-V1. PAIX-V1 continuously updates the content of its policy on how your personal information is processed.

PAIX-V1 is responsible for all personal information such as name, address, and date of birth that you pass on to them or that they are informed of when you shop at PAIX-V1. The information is stored at PAIX-V1, which of course also takes responsibility for this confidential information.

By disclosing your personal information to PAIX-V1, you consent to PAIX-V1 using the information collected to fulfill its obligations to you and offer you the service you expect. PAIX-V1 may also need the information to get in touch with you if problems arise when delivering your goods.

You have the right to contact PAIX-V1 and find out what personal information they have registered. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can ask to have it corrected or deleted. You can revoke your permission for PAIX-V1 to use your information for marketing purposes at any time you see fit.

PAIX-V1 never discloses, sells, or exchanges your information to third parties for marketing purposes outside PAIX-V1. Information passed on to third parties is only used to fulfill our obligations to you.

Your information is stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. These terms and conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance with current legislation. Any disputes are thus settled by the ordinary Danish courts. These terms and conditions were last edited on 23/8/2021.
