PAIX-V1

A friend and I were sitting in a car near the high school, trying to find a name for a clothing brand.

We wanted something that meant something to us. After searching for the right name, I came across PAIX, the French word for peace.

I wanted to give the name my own identity. That is where V1 came in. In my interpretation, one hand forms a V while the other raises one finger. Together, they create my own expression of the peace sign.

That was the beginning of PAIX-V1.

I’ve always believed that people should be treated with respect, no matter their religion, skin colour or background. We are all different, and nobody is perfect. What matters is how we treat each other.

I’ve always wanted the best for others, and I wish people could live their lives without being judged for who they are.

I know a clothing brand cannot change the world. But I can use my creativity to express what I believe in.

That is what PAIX-V1 means to me.

I don’t want to create clothing just to put a logo on a hoodie or T shirt. I want to experiment with colours, graphics, embroidery and details that give each piece its own identity.

Some designs are about the look. Others have a deeper story.

PAIX-V1 is for people with different styles, backgrounds and stories. I’ve seen young people, adults and older people wearing the clothing, and I love that the brand isn’t limited to one type of person.

You might like a piece because of its design, its colours or the way it fits. You might connect with the story behind it. You don’t need to know my whole story to wear it.

I create the pieces, but you make them your own.

PAIX-V1 started with a name and an idea. I’m building it one design at a time, with more ideas and collections still to come.
