Delivery times
Denmark: 2–5 business days
Sweden & Norway: 4–7 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You will receive a tracking email when your order is shipped.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Returns & refunds
30-day return policy
You have 30 days from receipt to return the product. The product must be unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.
Important: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
How to return

- 2.We will send you a return label and instructions
- 3.Pack the product securely and send it back
- 4.We will refund the amount once we have received the product
Warranty claims
If you receive a defective product or wrong item, contact us immediately. We cover all costs for warranty claims.
